Soccer Registration– $60 (Includes regular season uniform)

Ages: 4 – 18 yrs. old

Baseball Registration– $65 (Includes regular season uniform)

Ages: 4 – 18 yrs. old

Softball Registration– $65 (Includes regular season uniform)

Ages: 6 – 15 yrs. old

Register: NOW – Feb. 27, at the Burton Wells Recreation Center

Mon. – Fri. 8am-6pm, Sat. Feb. 9th 9am-4pm, Sat. Feb. 16th 9am-3pm

Late registration will ONLY be accepted one week after the deadline to include a $25.00 late fee.

Registration forms may be faxed, mailed or delivered in person. Cash, check or credit card accepted (credit card fees will apply). A birth certificate is required for participation.
