In case you missed the final Moms Fellowship of the 2012-13 year here is the Evaluation form for CBCCA. Please take a moment and fill it out. You can print and return to me anytime. I will also have blank forms with me on Sunday. I will be in the atrium between services Sunday May 19th. Or you can email them back to me at meganshytle03@Gmail.com. Or you can turn them into me anytime between now and CHEC.
IF you came to the fellowship and want to be entered in the drawing for the Free CHEC registration from me then please get them to me by this Sunday, May 19th.
These will be used to better help us know what you are looking for and want to know when it comes time for next years scheduling. So thanks in advance for helping us help you!
