It has come to our attention that a set of second grade Rod and Staff readers have not been accounted for.
We are asking sellers to please look through the books that were returned to you to see if any of the books were for a different seller number.
We are also asking shoppers to look through your new books to be sure that all tags were removed. If a tag was not removed from your book, then you were not charged for the item.
We would like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are taking steps to ensure the frequency of this happening is significantly decreased.
