I have the forms at the office for anyone wishing to coordinate an Ice Skating field trip at the Sav. Civic center as we have done each year. This is the accompanying email:

Hello To All SCCPS and Surrounding Schools…

We are so elated to have the pleasure of inviting you back for the season of WINTER ICE SKATING.  Please see the attached forms for more additional information regarding the hours and the days  that are set aside for the school group sessions. The sessions are still has they were from last year 1 ½  starting at 10a to 1130a and from 1230p to 2p, the cost is still $5 per SKATER. Please remember that each session can only accommodate up to 250 persons at a time which is the safety of the ice rink. We wish, that we could accommodate more, but it is City Fire Marshall’s policy. Also please understand that there will be other schools that will choose the same day and same time so it’s on a first come first served basis. We must render to those schools that puts in their desired request and payment in advance of booking. So we wish to accommodate all schools fairly.  We would that you please respond back to us No Later than DECEMBER 7, 2015 BY 5P.M.
