Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, ID cards will be made available for our CBCCA families. Below is a sample; we would create one for each parent and one for each student.
They would contain: grade, first name, last name, student (or educator). What we would need from you is nice high resolution head shot as shown in the examples. The picture needs to be a minimum of 600 x 600 pixels. Once the picture is sent to us we will create and print the card and arrange for you to pick it up.
We did not include your address for security reasons; however we can if you think it is necessary for discounts etc…..please let me know if we missed anything that needs to be on the card.
