KidsLife is gearing up for this coming school year!! KidsLife is the accompaniment program to our Woman’s Life program at Community Bible Church. All kids are welcome to attend while their moms join in the teaching/fellowship study on Wednesday mornings Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and Feb. 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 9:45 till 12:15.
The girls will be learning some truths from Proverbs 31 and will be making a craft to go along with the biblical truth and helping make ornaments for the Hospice Christmas Tree. Also each meeting a guest speaker will come and share about her home business (how she got started and the details about her business). The boys will be participating in a robotics class and also enjoy the benefits of guest speakers from various clubs like “The Bird Club”, “The Woodshop”, the local fire department, the county library, and more. **Free** Infant car seat for family in need of one. Great condition Evenflo that is gray, black, white, and teal color. This seat comes with one base and has not been in any accidents. Child has also not been allowed to do any eating or drinking in the car seat:)

Does anyone have a TI-83 calculator that my son could borrow for a couple days? We ordered on, but it is still not here. It doesn’t look like it will be here until next week. We are wanting to borrow a small white Bistro table for the month of September at the church for a display. If anyone has one they would let us borrow, I would be happy to come by and pick it up. It can be wood or metal and it would be great if we could have 2 chairs with it. The first and mandatory homeschool meeting is next Tuesday, August 27 at 7:00pm. A couple families have emailed and mentioned they will be unable to attend because of scheduled vacation time; I do know that happens! Please make sure that you attend 3 total for the year;  we have quite a variety of fellowship meetings scheduled that I know you will find encouraging!

In addition, I will be on hand from 6:30-6:55 to notarize your home school application and take payment.

Pastor Carl will offer prayer and encouragement for the upcoming school year; Pastor Matt will outline expectations and some “need to know” stuff!

Hello, everyone! My name is Jeanah Vernoy. On September 11th, I would like to begin teaching a Spanish 1 class primarily for high school students. However, I am willing to consider any 7th graders that may be interested on a case by case basis. The class will be held on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 to 5:00. The monthly fee per student is $50. I am excited to have the opportunity to help your students come to love Spanish as much as I do.
