HIGH SCHOOL TESTING OPTION
Iowa Test for Grades 9-12
DATE: April 11th, 2025
TIME: 9:30 am until completed (approximately 2:30 pm)
LOCATION: CBC, Fellowship Hall
COST: $25 administration fee plus cost of test. This fee is to be paid directly to Stacey Horry upon confirmation of rsvp and must be received prior to test day.
LUNCH: pizza & salad
LIMITED Space, must RSVP to horryherdof8@gmail.com or by text 843-271-0242 and receive confirmation prior to ordering your test.
Parent must order test from https://www.bjupresshomeschool.com no later than March 21st

Once on the BJU site, use the following item numbers in the search bar at the top right to order the correct item
Grade 9 – Item #394528 Iowa Assessments Form E, Level 15 $40
Grade 10 – Item #394551 Iowa Assessments Form E, Level 16 $40
Grades 11/12 – Item #394577 Iowa Assessments Form E, Level 17/18 $40

It’s PASS test time!
All students in grades 3 and up must be tested annually.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!
Cost: $30 per test (check or cash)
Please make CHECKS payable to: CBC Memo: PASS Test
PASS Test is used for grades 3 – 8.
Submit payment with your Students Full Name, Grade, Parent Name and Address no later than Sunday, March 9th.
You can turn in your payment to me anytime between now and the 9th, either directly or to the front desk and ask to have it put in Webb’s box.
If you would like your test results mailed to you please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your payment.
If you know you will be ordering please e-mail me @ horryherdof8@gmail.com or text 843-271-0242 with your information at your earliest opportunity. This helps me know who plans to order so that you don’t get missed when I order the tests *

2024/25 yearbooks are available for purchase and families can start building their family pages. They will be due by Monday, April 7th.
Side Note**** Seniors have 1/2 a page each at this time but that could change depending on how many family pages are turned in.

USCB Info sessions for dual enrollment
In order to consider the best ways to meet with all prospective dual enrollment students for the Summer and Fall semesters, especially our homeschool students, our office will be doing something new in order to discuss the application, expectations, and deadlines for dual enrollment for the University of South Carolina Beaufort. We will be hosting an information night in-person at our three campuses. This will allow for our students who are in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and Beaufort to have an opportunity to come out to USCB and learn more about the dual enrollment process. Students are encouraged to attend a dual enrollment session at a campus closest to their home but are welcome to attend any session at any of the campuses.
Below are the dates and times for each campus:

Free balsa wood TAKEN!!!
Can any crafters use this stack of, I think it’s called Balsawood. There’s probably 30 to 35 pieces they’re 12 x 12 x 1/16 of an inch. first one to text me can have them all. Cleaning out my closets, snow day project! Claudia 843-812-2864
Woman’s Life/Kids Life
The February session of Woman’s Life and Kids Life will be starting on Feb 5th! I am in need of someone to serve in the cafe alongside Miss Sue. You will not miss teaching time as set up is done between 9 and 10am. If you are interested or want more details please email or call me!
