World Geography – Maps, skills, fun facts, games and fun service project and field trip for Caroline Hospice.

Mad Science Experience – Mixing, Matching, Building, Breaking… Explode into a new year with hands on science.  Your kids will Burst with excitement and Experiment new forms of science each week.  Gather your Molecules and Convert your Energy to The Mad Science Experience. We Hypothesize you will have a Blast!

Art –  This class is for 5th- 8th grade students. This hands-on class will help your child learn art elements and principles – including line, color, shape, form, texture, pattern, balance and emphasis – as well as art-history, media exploration, creative self-expression, cultural appreciation, right-brain drawing techniques, and much more.

FitKidz – FUN, hi-energy program for kids! A typical day includes stretching, high intensity conditioning drills, a group game and team races through an ever changing maze. FitKidz is Christ centered, teaching biblical concepts such as hard work (Colossians 3:23), honesty (Leviticus 19:35-36) and participation (Philippians 4:13). Each class is adapted for age-appropriate activities.

 Boys – Stem – Fun with STEM. Science. Technology. Engineering. Mathematics. Lots of challenges and hands on learning. Come ready to explore.
Girls – Sewing & Crochet
Crochet (September – December) Learn the stitches, tools and techniques to get started with crochet including, yarn selection, reading labels, basic stitches and reading patterns. Skills will be used for a mission project to send hats to Ukraine. Materials: Hooks (US F/3.75mm and US I/5.5mm) (a list will be provided each week for what will be needed for the following class)
Sewing (January-April) Learn the basics of sewing! Reading a pattern, determining size and selecting fabric, cutting out pattern pieces, pin, sew, press and finish seams and much more. We will combine our skills to create various projects, from a simple pillowcase to a piece of clothing. Materials: pins, pattern, fabric, thread (a list will be provided each week for what will be needed for the following class)
