Mother/Daughter Bible Study on Friendship Invite! ❤ ❤ ❤

With the school year approaching and our activities picking back up soon – I’m thinking a lot about friendship and how that is hard enough for us as women but even more for our daughters who are navigating girl drama, emotions and trying to figure themselves out and their relationships with others. Then this entered my inbox and God put the idea on my heart to host a study that we could walk through together.

Details:

What: Mother/Daughter Bible Study using Lisa-Jo Baker’s guide We Saved You a Seat

Who: Moms and their daughters ages 11-14 {the teen book says it is designed for ages 12-18 but with an 11 year old, I don’t want to leave her out and the age range seems a bit large for our small group} This study will be limited to six moms and their daughters.

When: Friday evenings at 7pm starting August 4th – study runs for 7 weeks and I hope we can have a fellowship/social the last week so I’m planning on 8 weeks which will have us ending on September 25

Where: my house!

There are both mom/teen study books which I’m willing to order – just let me know what combo of books you’d like and I’ll have them here by August 4th! To sign up – just send me an email and let me know who will be coming and how many books you need. I’ve saved you a seat friend ❤

Hey CBC Ladies,
If you attended Woman’s Life last year on Weds. and brought your sweet kids, I am sure you noticed what a great team of volunteers we had teaching and caring for your children.
If you would like more info about how you can get involved in helping with the children, feel free to email or text me (843-812-1828). Even better we are having a planning meeting next Thursday, July 27 at 6 pm and you are invited to join us if you are seriously contemplating helping with the KidsLife ministry. Contact me for more info. We will need a few teachers and assistants and possibly someone to help us with planning activities for the preschoolers. Thanks for your consideration. One thing to remember: this is a complementary program to our Woman’s Life ministry especially for the kids who are attending with their moms. So, consider what a joy and privilege we have to serve these kids while their moms are listening to Mrs. Audrey share truth from God’s Word on biblical mothering and womanhood. Hello by long-distance way of introducing ourselves, we are christian family of 4, Jeff, Camilla and our girls Sofia (age 7) and Annika (age 5) living near Pisa, Italy.  I am a civilian working for a U.S. Army garrison here.  And, we are moving to the Beaufort area by early to mid August due to my new job (Jeff) at MC Parris Island (also civilian).  We seem to be having a hard time finding the right rental place due to competition on the market.  Would you be kind enough to share this request with your community at your earliest convenience and please pass it along by word of mouth if you know folks who have a space to rent.  We are looking for minimum 6 months agreement to approximately 1 year as we get settled.  3 bedrooms please and at least 1.5 bathrooms.  Location should be not more than a 25 minute drive to reach Parris Island.  email communication is best or What’s app.  Thank you.  P.S.  I have an excellent credit rating/score and rental history for the past several years.
