Maybe you have perfect communication when it comes to your homeschool and if so let me know how he so wonderfully complements your homeschool. Each spring, a nation-wide high school arts competition is sponsored by the Members of the US House of Representatives, and we want to make sure your students have the opportunity to participate! This competition is open to all high school students in our district, and winners will be chosen by a panel of local artists. The winning piece will be displayed in the US Capitol, along with the winning artwork from all participating districts around the country. Second and third place winners will be displayed in one of Rep. Mace’s District Offices.

Please see below for a full list of rules and the required release form. Submissions are due Saturday, April 23^rd. All submissions will only be accepted digitally – please take a high-resolution scan or photo of the artwork and email it to Nathan.Bailey@mail.house.gov. Please format your submission email subject line as follows:  “2022 Congressional Art Competition – [First and Last Name] – [County] – [School]”.

Come shop at the clothing swap today, we have LOTS of goodies!!! We will be here until 1:00 in the CBC Atrium so don’t delay!!!!

More than two dozen boxes of homeschool books are available for FREE. Many of them correspond to the Sonlight curriculum but there are other publishers too.

The books are located in the instrument room behind the Choir Room in the main building. The room is labeled…music office. Use the back hallway at the elevator under the radio station, toward the baptistry and Choir Room.

Come anytime the church is open, M-F, 9-5 or before/after services. Take as many as you want.

Our Nurse Manager suffered an injury over a week ago, resulting in a broken shoulder. We are grateful that she is home and recovering well, but it will be a while before she can return to the center and perform ultrasounds. 

I wondered if anyone in your congregation trained as an ultrasound technician or registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) might be willing to help out at Radiance? It can be a temporary paid position.
