Love your curriculum? Please let me know!
From Charlotte Cushman –
We are putting together a curriculum fair for the March homeschool meeting. We would like to introduce curriculums that our homeschoolers love to use so that new moms and those entering the middle school and high school years can understand how they work and their advantages and disadvantages.
Please text me at 843-592-1502 with your name what your favorites are and why! Or email me at charlottecushman@gmail.com.
Thanks!

Funeral on Thursday
As many of you may know, Claudia’s sweet husband passed away over the weekend. The funeral is on Thursday at 10 and the burial will be private. The church will be live-streaming the funeral for those unable to attend.
Here is the obituary:
WILLIAM’S OBITUARY
William Harry Gay, 66, of Beaufort SC, passed away on January 15th after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
He is survived by his wife of almost 40 years, Claudia, a son, Wesley, 3 brothers; Richard (Margo), Charles (Faye), Robert, one sister, Hilda Upton, many nieces and nephews, but especially nephews Tommy (Gloria) and Mike (Cindy) who were like brothers. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother John.
He was a lover of everything a boyhood on St. Helena could offer; horse-back riding, hunting and fishing; the marsh, the creeks and rivers that surrounded his home. His love of the salt water turned into a career in the shrimping industry, and he worked tirelessly to promote and preserve the SC Shrimp fisheries.
It will be William’s love for the Lord which was reflected in his service and generosity to others, that will be remembered most. He took his job as deacon at Community Bible Church seriously and would serve whenever and wherever; especially if it involved feeding people!
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 20th at 10:00 at Community Bible Church, 638 Parris Island Gateway Beaufort, SC. In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to the Community Bible Church Missions fund.
Out of consideration for those concerned about Covid, the service will also be live streamed. You may watch live at communitybiblechurch.us/live. Burial will be private.
