This Tuesday, Sept 10 at 7:00pm is the next CBCCA fellowship. We have an incredible informational workshop planned which lasts about 40 – 45 minutes. The content is geared towards high schoolers (even Jr high) and their parents. Brian Graybill from BJU will  cover Federal Aid, state aid, the FAFSA and suggestions for local scholarships. He will talk briefly about the scholarships offered at BJU and show two short promotional videos.

Highschool Young Men can earn a half credit for art history/appreciation at our KidsLife program this year. 16 hours will be met in the classes during Oct. and Feb. and the remainder will be completed at home. A lesson guide will be provided for moms noting the materials and resources needed for the half credit at the first meeting on Oct. 2nd. “Meet the Masters” will provide a study on great artists like DaVinci, Rembrandt, Monet, Van Gogh and and several others. Studies will include completing an art report each meeting, studying the artist’s life, history happenings during the artist’s life time period, any biblical knowledge/personal life related to that artist, the geographical location details of the artists, and instruction on how to write a persuasive essay on a favorite artist and his/her style. Students can attend and simply participate in the KidsLife classes for the knowledge and enjoyment. The half credit assignments are optional.

Hi guys! I hope everyone is adjusting to being back in school! I just wanted to let you guys know about a special event coming up at Middleton Place. As this program is geared towards homeschooled students I thought this might be something you guys would enjoy participating in. I am attaching a registration form and a flier for the event.
