Opportunity !

Jayne Richardson Dance Studio is in search of (female) monitors for rehearsal week and recital day!

This is an opportunity to monitor (babysit) a class of dancers while they are backstage waiting for their stage time, walking them to and from their dressing room to the stage and back, as well as assisting with costume changes and basic needs! This is a paid opportunity and a good way to earn some money before summer! đŸ€©

Rehearsal days would be:

Wednesday, APRIL 30TH from 4:00pm until 8ish

Thursday, MAY 1ST from 4:00pm until 8ish

Friday, MAY 2ND from 4:00pm until done

Recital Day is Saturday, MAY 3RD from 12:15 until done.

This opportunity can sometimes be fast paced and high energy at times so we are asking for RESPONSIBLE, FUN, ENERGETIC and RELIABLE girls that enjoy working with children!

16+ only please!

If you are interested or have any questions please reach out to Chloe Adkins via text at (912) 677-2239 or email at chloe.cwell@gmail.com đŸ˜„

CBCCA Curriculum Closet

Friends, beginning Tuesday, April 1st, we will begin clearing out the curriculum closet (ROOM 219) to make way for a move to the new “curriculum corner” in the library/resource room located behind the Mission Cafe.

In the new space, we will concentrate on the most current textbooks and resources.

We will be donating, and/or recycling ALL of the books/resources….if you would like anything at all to add to your personal library, you are invited to come Tuesday-Friday during church office hours. Bring a bag or box and take whatever you wish. (There will be a few specially boxed and marked items that can not be taken)

Let me know if you have any questions.

TCL-Dual enrollment

As many students will be applying for dual enrollment for the first time at TCL, here is some helpful info I just received.

  1. When do Spring 2025 courses begin?

The Spring 2025 semester will begin on Monday, January 13th, 2025.

  1. How do I view my Spring 2025 schedule?

You can view your schedule in your TCL Self Service account. Click here to access Self Service. Your schedule will be located under the Student Planning tab (open the tab, then click the “Go to Plan and Schedule” button). If no locations/meeting times are listed, or are listed as TBD, then your course is fully online (meet assignment due dates to fulfill attendance requirements).

  1. I want to change my Spring 2025 schedule. How can I add/drop a course?

Contact your school counselor to receive approval for your schedule change. After you receive your counselor’s approval, send an email to dualenrollment@tcl.edu and copy your school counselor on the request.

*If you are homeschooled, copy your parent/guardian on the schedule change request.

  1. How do I reserve my Spring 2025 textbooks?

You will reserve your textbooks through TCL’s Course Ready program. Click here to access TCL Course Ready.

  1. I am homeschooled OR attend a private, charter, or online school. How do I pay my balance for my spring courses?

You can pay your balance by visiting the Cashier’s office at TCL’s Beaufort or New River campuses, or by making a payment through your Self Service account. Open the Student Finance tab, then select “Make a Payment” to either create a payment plan or pay your balance in full. If you have difficulty with making a payment in Self Service, contact our Business Office staff at businessoffice@tcl.edu for assistance.

  1. I can’t access my TCL email, Blackboard, or Self Service account. What do I do?

Contact support@tcl.edu as soon as possible to request our IT Helpdesk staff’s assistance with any TCL account.

  1. When does registration for the Fall 2025 semester begin?

Fall 2025 registration will open on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025.

  1. I am a current Dual Enrollment student and want to continue participating in the program next school year. How do I enroll in Fall 2025 classes?

Current Dual Enrollment students must submit an updated TCL Dual Enrollment Agreement & FAFSA Waiver form to continue taking classes next school year. Forms must be submitted using your TCL student email account (NOT a personal email address) to dualenrollment@tcl.edu. Visit your school/district’s page on TCL’s Dual Enrollment website to download the required agreement form: https://www.tcl.edu/ecco-college-credit/dual-current-student/

*NOTE: If you are a current high school senior, you cannot participate in Dual Enrollment after the Spring 2025 semester. Contact admissions@tcl.edu to learn more about enrolling in classes after high school.

  1. When does registration end for the Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 semesters?

Summer 2025 registration will close on Monday, April 28th, 2025. Fall 2025 registration will close on Thursday, June 19th, 2025.

*Note: Dual Enrollment students have separate deadlines from the traditional student population. Registrations submitted after the above Dual Enrollment deadlines will NOT be accepted. Refer to TCL’s Dual Enrollment Handbook for all Dual Enrollment-specific deadlines.

*For more information, please visit our website: https://www.tcl.edu/ecco-college-credit/

Sincerely,

Your TCL Dual Enrollment Team

Last CBCCA Fellowship!

Hello CBCCA Families!

The yearbook committee is hosting the April 15th CBCCA fellowship meeting. As a result, we have pushed the due date of the family page back until April 16th.  We would like to use the April 15th meeting to help families make their family page or understand the treering website.

If you want to complete your page, then bring your laptop, choice of pictures (digital format) and the desire of purpose to get a task completed! We will be logging on to the treering website and developing a family page as an example. We will begin at 6:30pm in the Mission Cafe.

Also, if you would like to bring a small snack to share that would be great! We will have tea and water for drinks. Please consider our peanut-free rule *No Peanut goods*

Also, please look for more emails regarding your yearbook and how you can contribute to the yearbook with some extra photos’ opportunities!

Can’t wait to see you then!! Dacia Eady

Lift Chair!

Hey all, my mother was visiting me for a few months and my sister graciously purchased this chair for her ïżŒto use while she was here in Beaufort. As my living room is very small, I would love to see it gone. 😉Ideally I would like to get $200, but if there is a real need I will consider an offer. ïżŒText me at 843-812-2864 if interested.
