HIGH SCHOOL TESTING OPTION
Iowa Test
Grades 9-12
DATE: April 14th, 2023
TIME: 9:30 am until completed (approximately 2:30 pm)
LOCATION: CBC, Children’s Building
COST: $10 plus cost of test. $10 is to cover provided lunch and return of the testing materials. This fee can be paid directly to Stacey Horry upon confirmation of rsvp, must be received prior to test day.
LIMITED Space, must RSVP to horryherdof8@gmail.com and receive confirmation prior to ordering.
Parent must order test from https://www.bjupress.com/testing/ no later than March 22nd.

Testing info
FROM SUSAN BLACKWELL:. If you have students who struggle with the standardized tests due to ADHD, ADD, or learning disabilities, etc. I will be happy to administer the Woodcock Johnson test. I would need at least 5 students to make the trip. Typically I charge $150, and the test lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours, and the scores are given immediately following the session. If parents needed a consultation to assist with curriculum choices or how to implement the accommodations, there would be an additional charge.

PASS Test is used for grades 3 – 8.
Submit payment with your Students Full Name, Grade, Parent Name and Address no later than Sunday, March 5th.
You can turn in your payment to me anytime between now and the 5th, either directly or to the front desk and ask to have it put in Webb’s box.
