High School Co-Op – Taco Tuesday Meeting

Would two full days of basic high school instruction help your homeschool?

Attend the parents informational meeting for High School Co-Op on Tuesday July 12 from 6:30-8:00. 

It’s Taco Tuesday, so bring yourself and enjoy food and fellowship while we discuss the new school year. 

Parents who would like to see if Co-Op is a good option for their family are encouraged to attend as well!

Sign up online for High School Co-Op Classes!

Our ministry seeks to come alongside local homeschool families to help them homeschool through high school. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. They do not require a parent to stay on campus. Classes are available to local homeschool students and may be taken a la carte. There is a lab fee of $25 per student per semester. Total fee per family no more than $50 per semester.

No Classes on: Oct 11th & 13th (Fall break), Nov 22nd & 24th (Thanksgiving), December 13th & 15th, 20th & 22nd, 27th & 29th, January 3rd & 5th (Christmas), February 21st & 23rd (Winter break), April 4th & 6th (Easter).

Looking for teachers for Physical Science & US History for CBCCA High School Co-Op

Community Bible Church Members!

Looking for a former or current homeschool parent, teacher or someone who has expertise in these areas with a heart for helping the next generation of homeschoolers excel in high school. If you are willing to teach either Physical Science or US History during High School Co-Op next year, please let us know. Classes will start on August 23rd and run through April 25th. There is a fall break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break and Winter break as well.

CBCCA High School Co-Op is designed to provide a classroom experience while actively mentoring students and coming alongside homeschooling families to provide high school help. We also seek to prepare students through rigorous course work for the possibility of college or vocational school.

If you would like to teach Physical Science we are open to using Apologia, ABEKA, BJU or Masterbooks.

Physical Science Classes are from 12:30-2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Community Bible Church. Tuesdays are labs. Thursdays are lecture/discussion.

If you would like to teach US History, please let us know your thoughts on the curriculum used. We were planning on using BJU.

US History Classes are from 2:00 – 3:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Community Bible Church.
