Good Morning CBCCA families! 

The yearbook meeting last night was very exciting. It was a blessing to see all the parents work together and help get pages completed! Many of the families completed their page and our yearbook is running low on space! Praise the Lord! Thank you all for the support of our CBCCA Families’ 2024-2025 yearbook! 

As a reminder, tonight is our make up for individual student photos. We will be in room 102 from 5pm -6:15pm. We will be closing photos at exactly 6:15 so we have time to prepare for service. Thank you for your understanding and being prompt with your time.

This is an FYI for families: Treering DOES NOT notify anyone of a completed page or PURCHASED yearbook. So as your volunteers, we DO NOT KNOW when you submit your page or purchase a book UNLESS you tell us. So please, shoot me a courtesy text or email letting me know your page was submitted. I will happily move it as quickly as possible. I understand this has been a problem in the past and I do not want to MISS anyone’s family pages.

I will respond letting you know I have moved your page and then you can re-edit your two free pages. Also, you must purchase the yearbook to get the free pages before the deadline.

HEY Yearbook Families!!
Happy Monday!
Our yearbook fellowship meeting is tomorrow night (April 15, 2025) and we are looking forward to meeting many of you there. Please bring your desired pictures (digital form) and laptops (don’t forget your power supply) to complete your family page during the meeting. We will be there to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the Treering website as well.

Also, we will have refreshments so if you would like to bring a snack to share that would be great. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30pm for the refreshments and snacks in the missions cafe. Then around 6:45- 6:50 we will move into the classroom to complete our pages.

Hey Everyone,

The eggstravaganza is just around the corner! There are still several openings if you would like to help us with this event. We are so thankful for the opportunity to offer this event to hundreds of families in our area. What a great way to get involved in seeing families come to Christ!

Send a text to Evelyn Owens 843-812-1828 if you would like to help. Parents, we welcome help from one of you at a time for just 30 minutes each if it works with your family dynamics.

The last meeting of the year has been moved to April 15th at 6:30 in the Mission Cafe. It will be all about the yearbook, please see further info below:

Hey Yearbook Families!
We have extended the deadline for the family pages back to April 16th. We will be hosting the fellowship meeting on April 15th giving families the opportunity to come and complete their page during that hour. Just bring your laptop and select photos. We will also use that time to introduce your current year book committee and do an Q&A session about treering.

Thank you all for those that have submitted their family page thus far. If your page is completed and waiting to be transferred please shoot me an email or text (785-375-6441) and I will move it over. Here is a current list of confirmed pages that have been moved into the yearbook.
