If you would like to prepare a meal for Frontlines:

Please prepare a meal for 60-70 people (main dish, side(s), dessert). Your meal should be dropped off in the Youth Building kitchen (the building behind the pavilion) at 5:30 PM. We provide plates, napkins, utensils, serving utensils, cups and drinks. We serve the meal from 6:00-6:45 PM. You will not need to stay and serve the meal unless you would like to. The building will not normally be open before 5:30 PM. 

Note: If you would like to use the kitchen beforehand, please call Zach to set up a time for it to be opened for you. We need to know ahead of time (preferably Monday or Tuesday) if you would like the building open before 5:30 PM. 

There is a weekly budget of $150.00. You can give your receipt to Zach or Caren in the front office for reimbursement. 

Note: Please include your first and last name, address and phone number on the receipt and mark the top as Frontlines Meal. 

You may cook at your own home or at the Youth building (see above note about opening the building). You can cook by yourself or with a friend and bring the food to the youth building by 5:30 PM so that everything can be set up to be served by 6 PM.
