Hi friends! Our oldest daughter, an 11th grade CBCCA member, Alyssa, has just published her second children’s book. It’s geared towards young girls. The story is about a young dancer, who isn’t yet a believer, and her best friend, a Christian. Your young girls will enjoy this sweet story of friendship and parents will enjoy their daughters reading a book where the gospel is shared. Bless our youth ministry by providing a meal!

There is a weekly budget of $125.00.

Please prepare a meal for 60-70 people (main dish, side(s), dessert). Your meal should be dropped off in the Youth Building kitchen (the building behind the pavilion) at 5:30 PM. We provide plates, napkins, utensils, serving utensils, cups and drinks. We serve the meal from 6:00-6:45 PM. You will not need to stay and serve the meal unless you would like to. The building will not normally be open before 5:30 PM, so if you would like to use the kitchen beforehand, please call Drew to set up a time for it to be opened for you. It would be helpful to have this planned by Wednesday of the week you are bringing the meal.

You can turn your receipt(s) into Drew or directly to Caren in the front office for reimbursement. You may cook at your own home or at the Youth building (see above note about opening the building). You can cook by yourself or with a friend and bring the food to the youth building by 5:30 PM so that everything can be set up to be served by 6 PM. Does anyone have Mystery of History Vol 1? I’d love to purchase but also would love to borrow for a couple of weeks if not wanting to sell. Thanks in advance!

If you need to have your application notarized I will be at the front desk from 6:30-7:00 to do so.

Otherwise, the main meeting begins at 7:00pm. There will not be childcare but you are welcome to bring your kiddos if needed, but please do step out with them if they become loud!
