CBCCA Application & Fee

Please note the yearly fee is $30.00 per family and there is a $1.00 processing fee for online payment (only). TOTAL: $31.00. In the memo line please indicate your family name.
In addition, applications MUST BE NOTARIZED. Several have been dropped off without being notarized. During business hours Caren, Laura or myself are available to notarize. Please call ahead to make sure one of us is available. If you have started homeschooling and we don’t have your application, it is late!!! Please make every effort to turn them in ASAP… you do not have to wait until the mandatory meeting.
