A reminder for those who have students who will be participatingin 7th thru 12th grade Volleyball at Woman’s Life. You will not only be learning the fundamentals of volleyball, but will also be taking part in drills and excercises that will help in learning good volleyball skills. Please be sure to dress appropriately for this activity and please wear tennis shoes.
