CBCCA Yearbook Families,

  Happy Thursday!!!

This year, we thought we would get a jump start on the yearbook and host a meeting earlier in the year (another meeting might follow in April for family page completions but this is to be determined).

The meeting agenda:

Introducing Yearbook Volunteer Staff

Fall and Spring individual class photos schedule

Family Page due dates

Yearbook layout and Photo submission for extra curriculum activities

Early bird purchase discount information

Thank you to all who participated last year! Also, thank you all for your grace and understanding when challenges arose.

We look forward to seeing you at the fellow meeting Nov. 11, 2025 6:30- 7 fellowship and 7-8 meeting.

FYI

Plant??

I just bought an Amazon sword plant that we needed a leaf from for science. Does anyone have a freshwater aquarium that would like this plant?

Field Trips!

Reminder, Holiday Farms pumpkin patch is Wednesday, October 15 at 9:30. I would like to have a final head count by October 8, if you haven’t reached out to me yet, please do.

I am also looking at setting up a trip to the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum in Pooler. This would be in November or January. Please let me know if you might be interested so I can get an idea of how many would be coming.

I am trying to book ice skating for us in December. From what I can tell, Savannah Civic Center is closed so we will have to go to Charleston Ice Palace. I will send out information on it once I have it booked!
