PASS Test is used for grades 3 – 8.

Submit payment with your Students Full Name, Grade, Parent Name and Address.

If you would like your results mailed to you after they come in please include a stamped self-addressed envelope with payment.

PASS Tests will be ordered the morning of Monday March 18th. Payment needs to be submitted no later than Sunday March 17th.

You can turn in your payment to me* at anytime, however, I will be in the atrium during the following times to collect payments

Wednesday, March 13th – approx. 10 minutes before service thru children going to choirs.
Sunday, March 17th – Between services

If you know you will be ordering please e-mail me your information at your earliest opportunity. This helps me know who plans to order so that you don’t get missed upon ordering.

The Classic Learning Test (CLT) is the new standard for college entrance exams and was developed as a better way to engage, assess, and admit the best students through a technology-enabled college entrance exam that allows for a personalized experience for both students and colleges.  While the SAT and ACT favor public school Common Core content—the CLT content is broader, more inclusive and representative of the experience of a classically educated student (for example, reading excerpts are not just informational but can also be drawn from the Great Texts, essays or poetry).

As a classical/home/private school education is focused on things beyond a simple test, preparation for the CLT can improve SAT and ACT test scores while still being an invigorating and challenging interaction with great texts, areas of abstract quantitative reasoning, and tutorial with master learners/teachers (for more information about how the CLT compares, please visit https://www.cltexam.com/comparison).  In addition, many scholarships are uniquely available to students who take the CLT entrance exam if applying to a number of nationally accredited liberal arts universities and honors colleges.  For a complete list of colleges and universities that consider the CLT for entrance and scholarship please visit https://www.cltexam.com/colleges.

Holy Trinity Classical Christian School is a CLT partner school and testing site for the upcoming March 2^nd and May 18^th test days (SAT is March 9^th, and May 4^th/ ACT is Feb 9^th, April 13^th).  Upper school instructors Mr. Councell and Mr. Tobin will be offering a five-week preparatory course that meets on three Saturday mornings (from 9am-12pm) on January 26^th, February 9^th, and February 23^rd.  The cost for this course is at $300.00 per student with discounts available for student groups.  Limit is 10 students per session.

Note: Due to recent interest, while this course is ideally suited for 11^th and 12^th grade students, 9^th and 10^th Grade students that are interested in taking the CLT10 (which is free to take) would also benefit. The CLT10 test date is April 11^th.
