Meals While Samuel is at MUSC

From Shannon Keith –fried chicken

Donald and Shelly Johnson are in need of meals because their son Samuel has been at MUSC for the last week. They probably have 2 weeks of hospitalization ahead of them.

They have a family of 11 with no food allergies. They live in Ridgeland but Donald works in Beaufort. We are looking for make ahead or freezer meals that I can store in my extra refrigerator or freezer so that Donald can pick up multiple meals at a time and have them on hand.

Please contact me by email joshua77@embarqmail.com or 843-846-1789 to deliver to my home. Someone is usually always here and I will make sure the meals get to the Johnson family. Thanks!

Thanks.

Meals for Frontlines Needed

Looking for cooks from CBC to help with youth ministry food! Most immediate need is January 28th. frontlines food
We need people to volunteer to cook dinner on Thursdays for the Frontlnes youth ministry at CBC. Dinner is served from 6 -7 PM. A main dish, a side dish and a dessert(s) are needed each week to feed about 60-75 people. Drinks, cups, plates and silverware, etc. will be provided.
There is a weekly budget of $100.00. You can turn your receipt into Drew Kuehl or directly to Caren in the front office for reimbursement. You may cook at your own home or at the Youth building (however, the oven on the stove doesn’t work very well). You can cook by yourself or with a friend and bring the food to the youth building by 5:30 PM so that everything can be set up to be served by 6 PM. If you have any questions please call Mary Ann Tkach at (843) 812-5106. Please also check out the CBC Student Ministry-Wired Facebook page for more info This is a wonderful way to serve the youth at CBC.
Thanks in advance to all who sign up to help.
