STEM Class Kids Life
Hi Parents! April 27 is our last Kid’s Life for the year. I cannot believe we ONLY have one more! Time has really flown by. I have loved having all of your kiddos in my STEM class. We have had a crazy time. I have one more really fun project planned and each kid in the class will need their own Oral B Pulsar toothbrush for the project. We will be taking them completely apart are making something really cool with the parts!
(Note** two pack available on Amazon prime for cheaper than Walmart http://www.amazon.com/Oral-B-Pulsar-Bristle-Toothbrush-Colors/dp/B005GLZ9U4/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1460666225&sr=8-2&keywords=Oral+B+Pulsar+toothbrush)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 12, 2016
SANFORD NOMINATES OVER 30 GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS TO MILITARY ACADEMIES’ CLASS OF 2020
CHARLESTON, SC – Today, Representative Mark Sanford issued the following statement in regards to the over 30 graduating high school seniors he nominated to the military academies’ Class of 2020:
“Those who attend these academies go on to become leaders not only in the military but in a whole host of different fields. In even applying to attend, they have expressed a willingness to serve and sacrifice for their country, and for that, they have my deepest admiration.”
While admission is determined by each academy, to be considered for admission to West Point and the Naval, Merchant Marine, and Air Force academies, graduating students must have the recommendation of a member of Congress. Our office is accepting applications through October 20th for those students interested in applying for the Class of 2021.
South Carolinians in the First Congressional District who are interested in applying for future nominations or seeking more information about the nomination process should call Marie DuPree in the Mount Pleasant office at(843) 352-7572.
Fall X-Country team starting!
Everyone,
CBCCA is going to field a middle school cross country team that will compete against other schools this fall! The season will start at the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. We will practice a couple times a week in different places around Beaufort. Right now the plan is for middle school, but if we have enough interest (and someone willing to coach!) we could also have a high school team. If you are interested please contact Jay Reedy at j.reedy@outlook.com.
Thanks,
Jay Reedy
