Have you been looking for a place to serve the Lord and weren’t sure where to start? Would you like to build life-long friendships with other women as God grows you personally?
Why don’t you think about the AWANA program?
I am looking for a few special women to help me during AWANA with 5th and 6th grade Girls.
Requirements:
- Willing hands and willing heart to mentor girls.
- Availability to help share the Gospel with girls in a mentoring context.
- Listen to and help girls learn memory verses.
- Must be a member of Community Bible Church.
- Starts September 10th. No experience needed! Will train!

What’s Your Favorite Book?
As the new school year is approaching and we are filling in our calendars, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to a “What’s Your Favorite Book?” group.
Join other homeschooling children as they share their favorite stories . You will have 2-3 minutes to tell why you LOVE your book. You can dress in character or bring small props if they would like.
Don’t forget to bring your book!
We will be meeeting at CBC in room #118 from 10:00-12:00 The first meeting will be September 14, 2017.

Meeting reminder!
