CBCCA Meeting rescheduled reminder!

Hello CBCCA Families,
Due to people trying to get their lives back to normal after hurricane Matthew and the Presidential Election on the 8th, we are going to cancel the homeschool meeting scheduled for this Tuesday Nov. 1st and will re-schedule for Tuesday Nov. 15th. @ 7pm.  Please mark your calendars!
This meeting will cover alternative standardized testing using the Brigance Test.  This will be an especially important meeting for those who need to use this form of testing, but have been waiting for instruction on how to administer the test. Now is the time!!!  Please e-mail tammywaldron@gmail.com with an RSVP so that we can have enough forms/booklets available for each administrator. *Note* this meeting will cover the Brigance Test only. Looking forward to seeing you then!
Blessings,
Tammy Waldron

Meals for Becky Lock

From Gaye – meal

Please bless our sweet Becky Lock with meals as she recovers from shoulder surgery she will be having on November 11. You will be feeding 2-3 adults. If you make a casserole or lasagna, instead of making one large one, consider putting it into 2 containers so one can be frozen for later. Please use disposable containers.

You may deliver meals between 4 and 5:30.

Becky had been preparing freezer meals for herself and caregivers to pull out, but she lost it all with the hurricane. Becky has been such a blessing to our church community, and it’s such a privilege to come alongside her at this time! Please remember her surgery in your prayers!!!

Reports due soon and meeting date changed : )

This may be a good news/bad news situation for some of you!!!

Just a reminder that progress reports are due on or before 11/11/16 for students in grades K-8. Please let me know if you need any help with them! They may be dropped off at the main reception desk.  And I am excited to announce that Deb Forschner will be back helping me with the reports,  so lets make sure they get turned in in a timely manner so she won’t know I have been letting ya’ll slide : )

Also, because hurricane Matthew has delayed many things and because of elections on 11/8/16, the regularly scheduled homeschool meeting scheduled for 11/1/16 will now be held on 11/15/16 at 7:00pm. I will send a reminder next week along with the topic of the meeting.

Thanks-Claudia
