Hey Friends,
Hope you are all excited about the Easter season coming and the wonderful opportunities the Resurrection gives us as believers!
It is our prayer that God will bring many visitors and friends to the Eggstravaganza and our Easter Sunday service this year.  The best part of all is that we know our visitors will hear the truth of God’s Word and His most wonderful news to all mankind.  Begin praying now asking God to do great things here at Community Bible as well as other Bible believing churches across our nation so that He will receive the honor and glory due Him.

On Sunday, March 15th you will find an insert for the Easter Blitz and the Eggstravaganza.  Please sign up as soon as you know your plans.  Also if you can only help us 30 minutes on Sat. April 4th, please note that on your form.  All help is appreciated and remember “many hands make light work”.  The best part of all is that we all get the opportunity to play a role in seeing people come to faith in Christ.

And yes we will need 500 cupcakes for the cupcake walk.  Just make one batch using cupcake liners and drop off at church on Thursday April 2 or Friday morn April 3rd. (no icing)  Our famous Sue Cerrillo will decorate them for us. Email me and let me know if you can help with the cupcakes and also if you want to let me know your plans about helping for the Eggstravaganza by email that is  fine too.

Classical Conversations is offering Standardized Testing on April 14-15th and is need of a few proctors to help administer the test. A Bachelor’s degree is required to be a proctor. CBC Homeschool STANFORD ACHIEVEMENT TESTING 2015
The Stanford Achievement Test will be administered to homeschooling students this spring. This testing situation is available to CBCCA students as well as non-CBCCA/non-CBC homeschool students. The details are as follows:
Place: Community Bible Church, Children’s Building
Dates: May 5 – May 7, 2015 (Tuesday – Thursday)
Grades: 4 – 12
Testers: Audrey Broggi, Cindy Smith, Ninette Hodgins
Time: 8:45 – 12:00 (approximate)
Administrative Fee: $40.00 per student.
Payment preferred in the form of a check made out to CBC, with “SAT fee” written in the memo.
Give to Claudia Gay or Laura Caldwell (Front Desk of main building)
Deadline is April 7. No student will be tested Without Payment.

Parents are responsible for ordering and paying for the SAT-TASK for their child (children). The instructions are:
1. Order online (bjupresstesting.com) or call BJUP (800.845.5731). You will be ordering the Stanford Achievement Test (the SAT/TASK) according to the grade level of your student this spring.
2. Should order by March 24, 2015 in order to ensure timely delivery to test administrator.
3. You will need to identify the tester as Ninette Hodgins. Ninette’s tester ID number is 910564.
4. BJU will require you to verify that you homeschool your child (children).
5. On the same day you order your test, please e-mail Ninette (ninette3126@hargray.com) with the following information:
a. Child’s first, middle initial, last name c. phone number for parent contact
b. Grade level d. birthdate
4. Tests will be shipped to Ninette. The day after testing she will mail the tests back to BJU. The parent (purchaser) will be notified by BJU when the results are ready for review online, usually within 10 business days from the day the tests are received back at BJU. _______________________________________________________________________________________
