Join us for our 4th Annual Fourth of July Celebration at Peaceful Way Farm!
There will be fun for the whole family including horseback rides, water slide, basketball, mechanical bull, bungee trampoline, climbing wall, kids’ play area and petting zoo, hay rides, and more! This year we are also adding “catch and release fishing” for avid anglers.
We will have dinner together and–of course–finish the day with a grand fireworks display. There is NO COST to attend this event. All food and activities are free!
We will be welcoming special guest US SENATOR AND PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE RICK SANTORUM.
There is NO COST to attend this event!
However, we do ask that you bring drinks, a side dish, and a dessert to share. We will provide concessions as well as hot dogs, fried chicken, and BBQ for dinner.
All homemade desserts can be entered into our dessert contest for a chance to win $50!
If you plan to participate in water activities, bring a towel and sunscreen. You do not need a life vest for kayaking (provided), the waterslide, or the kiddie play area, however, life vests are REQUIRED for participation on the main water park. Bring a well-fitting vest style life vest for your safety. Also, to maintain a family atmosphere, we ask that ladies and young ladies wear a t-shirt and shorts over their swimsuit.
This event is sponsored by the Bostic Family and the Bostic Law Firm, PA.
Need Paper Grocery Bags
From Sue Cerrillo:
We are in need of paper grocery bags. If you have some piled up in the garage or are going shopping between now and Monday, would you consider asking for paper and then bringing them to me or the church?
We can store them in Room 110 in the Children’s Bldg. They are going to be for VBS.
I can also swing by and get them if you will not be near the church this weekend. Thanks so much.
