Music Classes Available Through Rabinowitz Music Enrollment Ends Friday

From Ami Rabinowitz

Good Morning,

I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer and a great couple of days back at school!  We have some awesome classes this fall at the studio, so grab your spot today.  Please share with anyone who might be interested in music instruction this season.

You can find complete descriptions and register for all of the classes at rabinowitzmusic.com/classes.  Even if you have told me or emailed that a student is coming to class,  please make sure you still fill out the google form at http://goo.gl/forms/cWiZ2XSsyF.  Classes begin next Monday, August 24, and run through December 7.  If students do not have an instrument or books the first week of beginner classes, don’t stress, the teacher will let you know where to find everything you need.  You can find information about the teachers at rabinowitzmusic.com/teachers.  Teacher contact information is also listed to sign up for one of the last few private lesson spots available.

*New this Fall*

Rock Band Class – It was a hit for summer camp, and we decided it was so much fun that we had to make it a class!  Students can join with any instrument at an intermediate level, but guitar, bass, vocal, and drum beginners are also welcome to join.

Keyboard Classes – Ms. Jenna outfitted the studio with a brand new, top of the line keyboard lab for new students to learn the basics of the piano/keyboard.  With two different classes, parents can choose to put kids in the relaxed kids class or the faster moving teens class!

Twinkle Mini Stars – A “glee club” vocal class for ages 6-12, this is an outlet for kids to sing their hearts out and learn the basics of vocal study.

Returning Classes

Guitar Class – A great intro to guitar, and alternative to taking private lessons.

Strings/Orchestra Classes:

Twinkle Violin for new players ages 4-7.

Two Beginning Strings Classes for grades 3-5 and 6 and up.

Intermediate Group A for students who are halfway through their first method book.

Intermediate Group B for students who have been playing a couple of years and/or are ready to begin book 2.

Cadet Orchestra as an ensemble class for all students taking intermediate classes and private lessons.  (But who are not yet in Beaufort Youth Orchestra.  BYO has auditions on August 27.  Email Ron Maddox at maddox.ron@gmail.com to sign up.)

BYO Quartets do not have an option on registration, but let me know if you are interested.  We especially need cellists.

Enrollment ends on Friday.  I look forward to seeing everyone next week!

Let me know if you have any questions and please invite friends to join!

Thanks,

Ami Rabinowitz
