WOD for Warriors
From Charlotte – 
CrossFit Beaufort is sponsoring a Veteran’s Day workout to honor all veterans. We are participating in Team Red White and Blue’s WOD for Warriors.
Everyone is welcome to attend whether they are a member of CrossFit Beaufort or not. They can check our class schedule at crossfitbeaufort.com
Part of the event is how many combined reps our gym accumulates, with veteran’s reps counting double.
Another part of this event is a fundraiser with a $10 donation fee.
You can choose to have your reps counted and not fundraise or help fundraise, which also will include your rep count.
To register for either one go to our fundraiser page here at https://www.crowdrise.com/crossfit-beaufort and click register. It will give you the option to attend with a $10 donation or attend “free”.
If you are unable to attend, but would like to donate, you can choose the “Donate” button instead of the “Register” button.

Meals/Boone Family
We have set up a meal train for the Boone family. Their one year old Luke just had heart surgery at MUSC and is recovering in the PCICU there currently. The Lord has been so faithful in answering prayer for his surgery and recovery. He is doing well praise God. However, they have no family here and when they return home Luke will still have a drain coming out of his ribs so they could use some help with meals. Please help bless this family!

FOUNDATIONS IN PERSONAL FINANCE FOR HIGH SCHOOL
Spring ’17 – half credit course.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic course covering the following topics: Intro to Personal Finance, Savings, Budgeting, Debt, Life after High School, Consumer Awareness, Bargain Shopping, Investing and Retirement, Insurance, Money and Relationships, Careers/Taxes and Tithing/Giving. There will be hands on activities, DVD presentations and take home assignments.
Where: Community Bible Church, youth building
When: Starting at 3:00 to 5:00 pm Jan 5th and every Thursday thereafter.
Cost: Workbook only, around $25ish.
Who: Targeted for High Schoolers, but depending on class size, parents are welcome to attend. Will need at least one parent to be present at each session.
Workbooks will need to be ordered on DEC 1, 2016. Please email students name and grade, and provide payment in order to secure a seat at coxfamsc@gmail.com. 843-476-8909.
